About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their Rockaway Town Square location. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the Pandora brand and can deliver a world-class customer experience. The Flex Sales Associate will support store operations, particularly during peak hours, and engage customers by sharing product knowledge and inspiring them to style their jewelry. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with business needs. The role involves driving sales, upholding brand standards, and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Requirements

Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Provide reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
