Responsibilities

  • Start each day by actively working new leads and organizing follow-ups to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, demonstrate a solid work ethic, and be willing to put in extra time to achieve sales goals.
  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, texts, and emails using a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with compliance on personal profiles and ensure all interactions align with company standards.
  • Display resilience and emotional intelligence while analyzing and improving personal performance metrics.
  • Believe in and promote the Byrider motto, demonstrating trust in the product and services offered.
  • Perform daily tasks such as calling leads, updating CRM statuses, following up on missed appointments, and preparing customers for closing by reviewing required documents.
  • Match inventory to each customer's specific needs, conduct vehicle test drives, and introduce customers to the service manager.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to build rapport and better understand customer needs.
  • Multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use working knowledge of down payments, dip payments, and customer income to find the best vehicle and financing options for each customer.
