About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate at The Cosmetics Company Store provides a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer experience, using creative and technical expertise to educate and delight customers. The associate works with the store team on in-store events and helps maintain high visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time seasonal role at the EL Company Store in Chandler, Arizona. Requirements

Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
