About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, engaging experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences. The role includes working toward sales targets, using technology to support customer service and accurate transactions, and collaborating with colleagues and leadership. Associates help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment. Hands-on training and opportunities to develop skills are provided.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
