About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, build authentic connections with customers, and guide their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an attractive, organized sales floor with merchandise in the right place and work collaboratively with the team to create personalized customer experiences and sustain an inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
