The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered, hospitality-focused store environment. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. Associates also support store performance and operations through goal accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
Requirements

- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a customer-centered experience that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality.
- Initiate authentic conversations to understand customer needs and provide personalized service.
- Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.
- Stay accountable to personal goals and contribute to overall store performance.
- Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
- Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
- Support a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
