About The Position

As a Sales Associate at WHBM, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects the company’s culture of hospitality. You work as part of a team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role contributes to store performance and brand standards through customer service, sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.

• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
