Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish

About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The position also involves maintaining customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering incoming calls, keeping the store clean and organized and merchandised to brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. The store is closed every Sunday. You must be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and possibly every other Saturday.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and possibly every other Saturday.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
