About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting store by keeping merchandise organized and correctly placed on the sales floor. Working with your team, you support personalized customer experiences and a welcoming sales-floor environment. The position is regular, part-time, at the Oak Park Mall store in Overland Park, Kansas.

Requirements

• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
