About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The Sales Associate at the La Cantera store provides a great in-store shopping experience while also assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other tasks. The role requires at least six months of relevant experience, proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers, availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the stated experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, meeting defined availability criteria.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
