About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship-building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metrics, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. It also promotes a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly position.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources and embrace feedback to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Support store operations through fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
