About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. This hourly role drives sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, embrace feedback, and stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Support store operations, including store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction in the designated area.
