About The Position
Pandora @ Macy's Orlando Millenia is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers millions of people to express themselves through their beautiful products. This role is for an ultimate Pandora Fan responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. The Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role fits your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to their loves. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. This position requires the completion of an assessment.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.

- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- Step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
