About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Glenbrook Square. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
