Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. They provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves connecting with customers, recommending eyewear suited to their needs and preferences, supporting sales goals, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals to develop their skills and provide excellent service.
