About The Position

Eskimo Joe’s Clothes is hiring upbeat and enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team! Our Sales Associates play a key role in both the in-store retail experience and our fulfillment center operations, helping us deliver exceptional service to every guest—whether they are shopping in person or from afar. Responsibilities include assisting customers on the sales floor, operating the cash register, stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting daily retail operations. In addition, Sales Associates will assist with fulfillment center duties such as answering phones, taking and processing orders, communicating with customers, and packing and shipping merchandise. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong customer service and selling skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment. This position is part-time and offers 20-25 hours a week. Shifts range from 9:00am-4:00pm, from 3:00pm-10:00pm and occasionally from 12:00pm-7:00pm. Priority will be given to candidates that have the availability to work 2-3 days Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-4:00 pm, future OSU home football game days, and flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays. Required work days for all team members are: Half of Spring Break, including one weekend: March 16 – March 20 Boys from Oklahoma Concert and Gypsy Cafe: April 11 – April 12 OSU Graduation Weekend: May 8 – May 9 Special Olympics Oklahoma: May 13 – May 15 2026 OSU Home Football Games: September 12th (Oregon) September 19th (Murray State) October 10th (UCF) October 24th (Colorado) Homecoming November 14th (Texas Tech) November 28th (Kansas) In addition, OSU Winter Break we require team members to work either the first 1/2 or the second 1/2 of Winter Break which is December 15, 2026-January 9, 2027.
