About The Position

Roller Rabbit is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate for a temporary role running from December 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027. The Sales Associate supports sales generation and client experience by meeting sales targets, delivering personalized customer service, developing product knowledge, and maintaining client relationships. The role also assists with store operations, including visual merchandising, opening and closing tasks, shipment processing, keeping the sales floor organized, and operating the cash register.

Requirements

Retail or customer-service experience is preferred; the company is willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to take direction from Management and carry out assigned tasks.
Ability to learn quickly.
Drive, goal orientation, and an entrepreneurial outlook.
Flexibility and dependability with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift 15–20 pounds.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed daily sales targets while providing a high level of customer service.
Demonstrate product knowledge and explain product features and benefits during the selling process.
Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized service.
Stay informed about fashion, interior design, and market trends.
Provide Management with feedback on products and customer responses.
Capture and record client contact information in a personal client book and the brand database.
Resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively, seeking assistance when needed.
Communicate with clients about new arrivals, in-store events, and promotions.
Assist Management with operational tasks, including visual merchandising.
Assist with opening and closing tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and placing or storing products.
Keep the sales floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
Assist with processing incoming shipments.
Operate cash register functions accurately.
Follow company policies and procedures.
