About The Position
Our Frederick store is growing - and we're looking for one more great person. Do you light up when you help someone find the perfect gift? If you naturally remember customers' names, make people feel genuinely taken care of, and enjoy helping someone find exactly what they're looking for - we'd love to meet you. The role Work directly with clients to identify jewelry preferences and assist with counter sales, build lasting relationships through follow-up and clienteling, and support day-to-day store operations. No jewelry experience required - we'll train you. What we can't teach is genuine care for people.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
- People describe you as warm, attentive, and easy to talk to
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
