About The Position
Our Frederick store is growing - and we're looking for one more great person. Do you light up when you help someone find the perfect gift? If you naturally remember customers' names, make people feel genuinely taken care of, and enjoy helping someone find exactly what they're looking for - we'd love to meet you. The role involves working directly with clients to identify jewelry preferences and assist with counter sales, building lasting relationships through follow-up and clienteling, and supporting day-to-day store operations. No jewelry experience is required as training will be provided; however, genuine care for people is essential.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
