About The Position

Family Pathways Thrift Stores is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Ham Lake, Minnesota. Sales Associates help turn community donations of gently used clothing and household goods into funding for Family Pathways’ social programs. The role supports store operations by providing customer service and cashiering, receiving donations, sorting and pricing donated goods, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The work contributes to essential services in the local community.

Responsibilities

Ring up customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
Collect donations at the back door.
Sort and price donated goods.
Merchandise donated goods.
Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
Work in both the front and back of the store as needed.
