About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining product knowledge, experience, and personality with guests’ needs and the company’s fashion brands. The role focuses on connecting with customers, recommending eyewear that suits their needs and preferences, and delivering welcoming, accurate service. The associate works with the team and leadership to maintain a positive store environment and keeps the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Training and collaboration with experienced professionals support ongoing learning and development.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Retail or customer service experience.
Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
