Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The associate greets and assists customers, answers product questions, helps locate merchandise, and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, replenishing inventory, supporting visual merchandising, accurately processing payments, and promoting the MINISO Membership Program. Associates follow store policies and safety guidelines, assist teammates and management with assigned tasks, and maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
- Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
- Answer product questions, offer suggestions, and help customers locate merchandise.
- Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
- Support the execution of visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and help prevent errors.
- Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
- Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
- Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
