About The Position

This role involves working directly with a Sales Representative to support the selling, marketing, and promotion of Stryker products to physicians, aiming to achieve budgeted objectives and maximize profitability and volume. The ideal candidate is a strategic and relationship-focused leader who inspires others, drives results, and is a curious learner. They should be goal-oriented and focused on delivering safe and robust solutions while keeping customer requirements in focus.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable).
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Field sales training-In field training.
  • Up to 20% overnight travel annually.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion, and sales of Stryker products.
  • Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Tailors Stryker’s promotional message based on customer knowledge, advises on appropriate product selection, answers customer questions about product functionality, and distinguishes Stryker products from competitors after extensive product training.
  • Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
