About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand offering modern, confident, and effortless styles for work, everyday wear, and special occasions. The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and helps with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role is based at the Pleasant Prairie Premium store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Customer-service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized sales-floor, checkout, fitting-room, and stock-room areas to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure associate and customer safety.
• Assist with product-launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer-service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
