About The Position

Sales Associates support the success of Sunglass Hut by delivering an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, provide tailored recommendations based on customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals, teammates, and leaders. Associates help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive, respectful atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

Requirements
