Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, energetic customer experience and help customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training, collaborate with experienced professionals and store leadership, and contribute to a supportive team environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.
