About The Position

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate to help create a welcoming, customer-centered retail environment grounded in hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, providing personalized service, and supporting store performance and operations. The associate works collaboratively with the team to maintain brand standards and an organized, visually inspiring store.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
