About The Position

The Sales Associate helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role assists customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training as permitted by state law; and educates customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing and credential requirements. America's Best stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
