About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards.

The position includes greeting and assisting customers, maintaining the sales floor and product availability, operating the cash register and POS system, processing payments, and promoting enrollment in the MINISO Membership Program. The associate follows store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines and supports team members and management with additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, offer suggestions, and help customers locate merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and help ensure product availability.
• Support visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
