About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the J.Crew brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work effectively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

The position involves providing authentic customer service, driving sales, completing operational and product-related store tasks assigned by management, and sharing customer feedback with the management team. Scheduling flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role also requires bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting, carrying, and moving at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Show initiative in championing new ideas, navigating uncertainty, and solving problems.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
