About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and helping customers move from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience.

The Associate helps customers select vehicles, discusses terms and payment options suited to their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and closes sales. Associates provide a strong customer experience before and after purchase, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience. The position offers career paths into finance, management, and other areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
