Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, thanking them for purchases, and inviting them back.
Meet store performance objectives and sales goals.
Follow directions for supporting corporate and store events.
Clock in and out according to scheduled work slots to manage budgeted hours.
Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained, including dusting shelves, cleaning floors, organizing displays, and adhering to infection prevention standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including counting down the register drawer at the start of each shift and during shift changes.
Follow company policy for processing various forms of payment (cash, credit cards, payroll deduction, hospital charge account).
Properly notate cash overages or shortages and report unexplained differences over $10 to the Store Manager.
Adhere to hospital and Cloverkey policies regarding personal appearance, attendance, and customer service.
Understand and maintain a good relationship with the hospital contact.
Show respect for and understanding of the role of volunteers.
