Requirements

  • Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals.
  • Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer focused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance
  • You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
  • Candidates will be required to complete an online assessment as a next step.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide consent for and pass Background Check requirements.
  • A pre-employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification. Previous employment verification may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
  • Finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets.
  • Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers, and driving overall customer retention
  • Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
