About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role helps customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training where permitted by state law; and educates customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, keeps the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state laws, which may require certain tasks to be performed by people with specific licenses or credentials.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
