About The Position

Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing their enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. They connect with customers, offer fashion advice and product knowledge, support sales goals, and contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment. The role also includes maintaining the store and completing daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
