About The Position
The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s San Marcos Outlet provides world-class customer experiences, supports store operations, and helps surpass individual and store sales goals. The role focuses on engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and helping them style jewellery in ways that express their stories and passions. Associates are expected to build genuine connections, create memorable shopping experiences, encourage brand loyalty, and uphold merchandising and retail operational standards. This flexible role provides coverage when the store needs it most, including peak hours, special events, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic periods. Schedules vary with business needs and may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods, with increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. The job requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell and achieve results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Willingness to work variable hours, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
