Responsibilities
- Welcome every member and guest with a smile, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement.
- Introduce prospective members to the Orangetheory experience and explain what makes us different.
- Lead tours and help guests feel comfortable, confident, and excited to get started.
- Help first-time guests navigate their workout experience from start to finish.
- Connect people with membership options that fit their needs while helping the studio grow.
- Follow up with prospective members and help them take that first step toward their fitness goals.
- Participate in local events, marketing activities, and outreach opportunities to spread the Orangetheory love.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for everyone.
