About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The associate greets customers, answers questions, offers product suggestions, helps locate merchandise, and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, replenishing inventory, supporting visual merchandising, operating the cash register and POS system, processing payments, promoting and enrolling customers in the MINISO Membership Program, and following store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. This is a seasonal, part-time position. The pay range is USD $15.92 per hour.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Adherence to store policies and procedures.
Professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.

Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
