We serve a community of impossibly creative people with beautifully designed tools for living, traveling, and creating—fountain pens, notebooks, house shoes, small leather goods, sunglasses, bags, and ritual objects. Our brand combines elevated Japanese design sensibility, European craft influences, and a uniquely personal retail experience that encourages presence, slowness, and intention. With strong in-store storytelling and an expanding digital presence, Topdrawer is evolving into a quiet powerhouse in modern luxury retail. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, educational, and personalized customer experience
  • Share product stories and rituals that reflect Topdrawer’s values
  • Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to create a high-performing team culture
  • Support onboarding of new hires by modeling service standards
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace
  • Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking, visual displays, and store upkeep
  • Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
  • Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
  • Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and promotions
  • Uphold standards in service, presentation, and accuracy at the point of sale
