About The Position

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Associate for its Hilton Head, South Carolina location. The Sales Associate provides excellent customer service in accordance with Jockey’s service principles, focusing on achieving store goals and maximizing sales. The role involves engaging guests, understanding their needs, recommending products, supporting store sales and profitability, processing transactions, and maintaining store merchandising and operational standards. Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of retail or customer service experience, with a demonstrated passion for guest service and sales.

Maintain store standards for visuals, merchandising, and inventory management.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
