About The Position
The Sales Associate helps introduce prospective clients to Orangetheory Fitness and supports the studio's membership growth. The role is suited to enthusiastic, positive communicators who are passionate about fitness and enjoy working as part of a team. Associates welcome visitors, explain the Orangetheory concept, give studio tours, and work with trainers to guide prospective members through their first workout. They also follow up with prospects, take part in marketing and outreach events, and help keep the studio clean and organized. Specific duties and selection requirements may vary by studio location.

Responsibilities
- Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers during introductions.
- Give studio tours.
- Work with trainers to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events.
- Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
