About The Position
Del Sol Furniture is looking for motivated, people-oriented part-time sales associates for our Mesa showroom. This is a weekend-focused role designed for someone who wants real earning potential without a full-time commitment. We're a locally owned furniture retailer serving the Phoenix metro since 1997. Four beautiful showrooms, a loyal customer base, and a team that rewards performance — not just clock hours. This is a part-time, in-person position at our Mesa showroom — 1346 W. Southern Ave, Mesa AZ 85202.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based environment
- Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly
- Customer-first mindset — you go above and beyond
- Team player who lifts others up
- Available Saturday and Sunday — weekend availability is required for this role
- Background in retail, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus
- No furniture experience needed — we'll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Engage customers on the showroom floor and guide them through their furniture buying experience
- Learn our product lines, financing options, and sales process through paid training
- Hit your personal sales goals and contribute to the store team
- Represent Del Sol's culture and values on every shift you work
