About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness Grandview is hiring a front-of-house Sales Associate to welcome members and guests, introduce prospective clients to the Orangetheory concept, and help turn interest into memberships. The role combines customer service, sales, member support, and studio upkeep. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus commission based on membership sales; estimated earnings are approximately $17–$25 per hour, varying by commission and shift length. The position requires at least 15 hours per week and is part-time. Scheduling availability is required for three weekday opening shifts, starting at 4:30 a.m. and ending at 9:00 a.m., or as late as 12:30 p.m. if an eight-hour day is preferred, plus an approximately six-hour Sunday shift between 6:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence.
Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, checking clients in accurately, and handling member transactions.
Work with coaches to guide introductory clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
Sell memberships and support the studio’s success.
Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, and email, with an estimated 20 or more outbound calls and 40 or more texts per shift.
Communicate with coworkers and support business promotion rollouts.
Address member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming to resolve them.
Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members during introductory visits.
Participate in marketing and outreach events.
Keep studio areas clean, organized, and ready for members and guests.
