About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness Grandview is hiring a front-of-house Sales Associate to welcome members and guests, introduce prospective clients to the Orangetheory concept, and support membership sales. The role combines customer service, sales, front-desk operations, follow-up with prospective clients, and studio upkeep. Compensation is $15.00 per hour plus commission based on membership sales; the posting estimates earnings of about $17–$25 per hour depending on commission and shift length. The position is part-time at 15 or more hours per week. Required availability includes three weekday opening shifts, starting at 4:30 a.m. and ending at 9:00 a.m., or as late as 12:30 p.m. for an eight-hour day, plus an approximately six-hour Sunday shift between 6:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The position is based at Orangetheory Fitness Grandview, 1009 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43212.

Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm, warmth, and confidence.
Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to questions, supporting members, checking in clients accurately, and handling member transactions.
Work with coaches to guide prospective clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
Sell memberships and help the studio thrive.
Follow up with prospective clients by calls, texts, and email; the posting estimates more than 20 outbound calls and 40 texts per shift.
Communicate with coworkers and support business promotion rollouts.
Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolving them.
Present the Orangetheory concept to prospective members during introductions.
Participate in marketing and outreach events.
Help keep all studio areas clean, organized, and ready for an excellent experience.
