As a Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. You’ll have access to an extensive inventory and the industry’s top designers, allowing you to create memorable experiences for our customers. Requirements

  • Must be available to work Saturdays, as it's one of our busiest and most rewarding days.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous luxury sales and/or diamond sales experience preferred.
  • GIA certification is a plus!

  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our inventory, designers, and the latest trends in luxury jewelry.
  • Showcase Inventory: Help customers explore our wide range of options, assisting them in finding the perfect piece.
  • Follow Up: Provide post-sale support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work cohesively with colleagues to create a supportive and effective work environment.
  • Uphold Professional Standards: Always maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
