About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and help express WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You work with the team to build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through personal goal accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, store organization, and maintaining brand visual standards. This is a regular part-time position at Store 3402-Park Meadows-WHBM in Lone Tree, Colorado.

Requirements

• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
