About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the Sunvalley Mall location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and finding innovative ways to engage customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
