About The Position

The Sales Associate is a member of the campus Sales & Growth Team and supports the Director of Sales with customer-related tasks. These include answering phones, assisting with tours, managing data and leads, and addressing customer inquiries. The role supports sales and admissions at Kingston Health Center of Vermilion in Vermilion, Ohio, with a focus on private-pay census growth and a welcoming customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process and improve conversion from inquiry to move-in, contributing to overall census with a focus on private pay.
• Generate admissions through referral partnerships and advance inquiries through follow-up and closing, in partnership with the Community Sales Representative and Executive Director, to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
• Make 10 call-outs per day and use the CRM daily to drive sales; manage CRM information and support timely handling of inquiries and referrals.
• Respond to referrals and inquiries promptly and appropriately, with follow-up, and participate with the leadership/back-up team in managing them.
• Support welcoming new customers and communicate move-in activities and processes to campus team members, including welcome gifts, move-in communications, and paperwork.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing campus events, including Senior Executive Club and community events.
• Keep the campus tour-ready, including back-up team resources, marketing collateral and promotional materials, the tour path, model room, first impressions, and tour stations.
• Execute tours as part of the primary team.
• Answer a multi-line phone system promptly, courteously, and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
