The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. The Sales Associate also supports store performance and operations through sales goal accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and maintaining brand presentation standards. This is a temporary, part-time position at Store 3630-Mall At Robinson in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
