About The Position
The Retail Associate is responsible for marketing Retail merchandise to Guests, stocking the Retail area and perform cash and credit transaction.
Requirements
- Must maintain current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures-including precheck and cashiering procedures
- Must ensure Guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines
- Must promote positive public/employee relations at all times
- Must maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Markets Retail merchandise to Guests
- Stock and re-stock the Retail area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods
- Perform cash and/or credit transactions with Guests
- Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures-including precheck and cashiering procedures
- Ensures Guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines
- Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
